RETURNS

At backsupports.org we are so confident that you will be satisfied with your BIOSKIN® back support we offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your back support for any reason just return it to us WITHIN 14 DAYS, along with a copy of your delivery note, in the same condition you received it (clean and undamaged with the packaging intact) and we will refund the value of the product (less postage & packaging). Before you return product, please email us and we will issue a returns number - it will help us if you can state the reason for the return as it will assist us to ensure our web site and quality of products meets our customers expectations. Please allow 14 days for backsupports.org to processing your refund.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE. 

We will always try to fulfil an order however there may be reasons an order cannot be fulfilled and we reserve the right not to accept an order. For an example we may not accept an order for one of the following reasons:
1. The product you ordered is unavailable from stock
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
3.The identification of a pricing or product description error
We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to fulfil an order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.

ORDER CANCELLATION. 

You can cancel an order at any time up to the point of despatch. Contact us by email and we will refund your card and cancel the order. Once the order has been despatched you can still return the product. See Returns.

PRICING & DESCRIPTION ERRORS.

All product details entered on the site have been entered with due care however there may be errors. Where a description error becomes obvious we will contact you in order to establish if you wish to cancel the order - in which case we will refund payment in full. Where a pricing error occurs, if the price is understated we will despatch the order and refund the balance. Where the price is overstated we will contact you and determine if you wish to pay the balance or cancel the order. NOTE. Order acceptance occurs at the point of product despatch - we reserve the right not to fulfil an order where a pricing error has occurred.

OUR SECURITY POLICY.

We at backsupports.org are committed to a secure transaction. All card transactions are processed by a third party through Nochex, we at backsupports.org have no access to your card details. All transactions are processed across a Secure Socket Layer ensuring a secure link between your browser and the server. The familiar padlock becomes visible when you move to the secure area. If you are having problems connecting it may be because you have the security settings at too high a level on your browser.

We at backsupports.org are also committed to protecting your privacy. When you shop with us on the web you will have given us your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, because this is the only way we can process your order. We will not pass your details on to any 3rd party - this includes your e-mail address!

PAYMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION.

Nochex accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Your card is debited at the point of order. In the event of an item being out of stock we will e-mail along with an estimated delivery date at which point you can decide if you want to wait or cancel.
Items are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and should therefore arrive in about 7days. We do make a charge for postage & packing (£6.95 per order). If we have to split an order because an item is out of stock we will charge p&p on the first delivery with free delivery on the second. We do not expect the customer to pay any additional p&p. We do not make regular deliveries overseas but if you would like to order please contact us for a quote.
